The investor agrees: Amba Estates will invest 100% of your money in property, the minimum investment is £1000 and in multiples of £500 there after. There is no maximum investments.

The rental returns are for illustration purposes only and are not guaranteed but generally are a fair guide.
We will notify you once the money has been invested & the returns likely and a time period
In the unlikely event, should your money not be invested in the first
year, you are entitled to request for a full refund. Prior to this
period a flat fee of £100 will be deducted regardless of amount.
If you decide to draw your money or part of your money, it will be
withdrawn in multiples of £500 once the money has been invested
That your income may vary & is not guaranteed.
Once the money has been invested, the first three months will be paid
in arrears & then every month.
We deduct 10% from the rental income prior to payment.
We deduct 1% from sale of developments.
No interest is payble on the amount invested.

We are self regulated.
We are entitled to change alter and add any terms & conditions by giving you one months notice.
