B & K Structures offers a comprehensive design service that includes the detailed design of engineered timber products such as glulam, cross laminated timber panels (X-LAM) and pre insulated timber roof and wall cassettes as well as structural steel. The most economical scheme is designed to meet the client’s requirements.

Structures can be designed as glulam, X-LAM or steel frames or in order to develop the most economical scheme can be developed as a hybrid solution which provides the aesthetic and environmental needs while also meeting financial constraints.

Our services include full design, production of 2D drawings and 3D modelling, manufacture and installation therefore providing the client with the advantage of a single point of contact.

The integration of different materials in our 3D models avoids problems associated with the interface details and ensures a full understanding of how the structure is pieced together.
